Woody Plush - Sitting with cape

Woody Plush - Sitting with cape shows Woody sitting with a cape on his shoulders, a far cry from the most common standing posture. This variant is reminiscent of improvised games where the sheriff sometimes changes his costume according to the imagination of his owner.

The seated position changes the presence of the plush toy in relation to a standing figure, ready for action: Woody seems to be pausing here, more on a shelf or bed than in the middle of an adventure scene. The cape added to this version evokes those moments when Andy's and then Bonnie's toys lend themselves to role-playing that temporarily takes them away from their usual outfits.

Made of plush rather than rigid figurine, this format relies on touch as much as on visuals, which corresponds well to Woody's original identity, a fabric toy above all. The title remains limited to this seated posture and the presence of the cape, without any further details of size or filling to be added here.

Costume games occupy a recurring place in the Toy Story saga, especially once Andy's toys are passed on to Bonnie, known for her elaborate staging where each figure sometimes changes role and appearance depending on the imagined story. A cape added on Woody's shoulders, in a seated rather than active posture, quite naturally evokes this kind of playful moment, where the sheriff becomes a slightly different character from himself for the duration of a game. Plush, this variant gains in softness what it loses in dynamism, a compromise that will be well suited to use on a bed or shelf rather than active handling.

This seated version is particularly suitable for installation on a shelf or bed, where a standing figure would require more space or additional support to balance over time.
