and any consumer customer. The customer acknowledges that he or she has read these terms and conditions before validating his or her order.

2. Products

The essential characteristics, photographs, dimensions and useful information of the products are listed on their file. The photographs are presented for illustrative purposes; Slight differences in display may result from the screen used, without altering the essential characteristics of the product.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes where tax is applicable. The delivery costs are indicated separately before the order is validated. The price invoiced is the one displayed at the time of the order, subject to the correction of an obvious error of which the customer would be informed before any execution.

4. Ordering

The customer checks the details and total price of their order before confirming it. The order becomes final after confirmation of payment and sending of the confirmation email, subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after ordering, the customer is informed and reimbursed the corresponding sums.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. The available payment methods are those displayed at the checkout. The transaction is processed by the payment providers offered on the site.

6. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the destinations offered at checkout. The announced deadline is generally 7 to 14 days, unless otherwise indicated before the order is validated. Detailed fees and terms can be found in our Shipping Policy.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when he takes physical possession of the products, or when a third party designated by him, other than the carrier offered by the store, takes possession of them.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

The customer has in principle 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal. Direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, non-compliant or otherwise provided by law. Conditions, exceptions and the standard form are detailed in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal Warranties

The seller is liable for defects of conformity under the conditions of articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and for hidden defects under the conditions of articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. The legal guarantee of conformity allows the consumer to act for two years from the delivery of the goods. It applies regardless of any commercial warranty.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request the repair or replacement of the product under the legal conditions. When these solutions are impossible, disproportionate or cannot be implemented within the period provided for by law, a price reduction or the termination of the contract may be requested in accordance with the applicable rules.

9. Liability

We are responsible for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the contract. However, we cannot be held liable if the non-performance results from the act of the customer, the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract or a case of force majeure. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits the mandatory rights of the consumer.

10. Intellectual property

The elements specific to the site, in particular its texts, its presentation and its original creations, are protected. Trademarks, characters, names and works belonging to third parties remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints and Applicable Law

Any dispute is subject to the competent courts according to the applicable legal rules.
