Mr. Potato Head pin - Black hat face

Mr. Potato Head pin - Black hat face takes up the grumpy but endearing face of Mr. Potato Head, wearing his famous black hat. This compact pin humorously renders one of the most interchangeable characters in the saga, piece by piece, without ever losing its legendary bad mood.

Bulging eyes, furrowed eyebrows and slightly askew mustache: Mr. Potato Head has never needed much to make people laugh, often in spite of himself and without really wanting to. This close-up portrait focuses on her face rather than her entire body, a nod to her famous removable parts.

The black hat, an inseparable accessory of the character since the very first film, completes this design all in roundness and bold colors, faithful to the image that most fans of the character keep.

This taste for assumed bad mood, almost a running gag in itself, makes all the difference with the other more consensual toys of the gang: Mr. Potato Head complains, protests, and then always ends up being loyal when it really counts.

This kind of humorous portrait complements a more serious or heroic collection of pins: it reminds us that Toy Story also knows how to make people laugh through secondary characters as grumpy as they are endearing.

Mr. Potato Head also remains one of the characters most connected to the idea of customization, his removable parts having inspired generations of similar toys far beyond the Toy Story universe itself.

Such a pin particularly appeals to fans who appreciate the more down-to-earth humor of the saga, far from the great heroic flights, carried by secondary characters as grumpy as they are endearing.

Mr. Potato Head confirms once again that you can make people laugh a lot without ever trying to be funny, simply by staying true to yourself.

A black hat, a scowl, and yet so much tenderness hidden behind this apparent bad mood that has made him one of the most endearing toys in the entire Toy Story saga.
