Alien Figure - Fries in the Ship Cup hijacks a Pizza Planet classic by installing the Alien in a ship that looks like a giant cup, surrounded by fries like a space snack. A collector's item above all, to be observed rather than used as a container, designed to make you smile as much as to decorate.
👽 A cup-shaped ship, fries on board
This 52TOYS figure, identified as variant G, relies on visual humor: a ship that looks like a cup, fries as a backdrop, and in the center, the eternal three-eyed smile of the Alien. A mischievous nod to the fast-food atmosphere that surrounds Pizza Planet in the films, treated here with a good dose of self-mockery.
The mix of scales, between a miniature ship and disproportionate fries, clearly plays the second degree card, in line with the humor Pixar that has never taken this little character too seriously. This is a collector's item, designed for display and not for food use, to be installed where it will catch the eye.
Placed alongside other scenes from the same series, this figure adds a touch of fantasy to a Pizza Planet collection already rich in improbable settings, between vending machines, rockets and now this curious mugship that will not fail to make visitors react, curious to discover more and more about this band of endearing aliens.
We will especially appreciate here the resolutely offbeat tone, assumed right down to the choice of proportions, which reminds us that humor has always been an integral part of the identity of this trio since its beginnings.
